Green Earth Appeal – Carbon Free Dining Initiative

The Green Earth Appeal is a multi-award winning Not-For-Profit Social Enterprise, changing lives of some of the planet’s poorest communities, in partnership with United Nations Environment and with the assistance of different companies in different industries.

The Green Earth Appeal’s Carbon Free Dining initiative offers restaurants certification that demonstrates their passion for the environment and enhances their CSR completely free of charge.
This is achieved by empowering their diners to counterbalance the Carbon Footprint of their meals whilst helping end poverty in the developing world.

We are currently recruiting for a high calibre customer support role to work with our restaurant partners to get the best out of our relationship with them and provide them with support and training.

You will deliver the world-class standards of customer care we pride ourselves on, while expertly handling any related matters swiftly, efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will be a true people person, with the ability to build lasting relationships with key contacts at every level. An exceptional listener, expert problem solver and keen negotiator, you’ll play a key role in client retention.

The Role

Joining a small team, you will be supporting the sales department by working with newly partnered restaurants, from when they sign the partnership agreement, through to becoming a “live” partner and beyond.

You will coordinate between internal and external departments to “onboard” new restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to Day Customer Service with Partners
  • Restaurant Onboarding
    • Coordinate meetings with restaurant and external suppliers.
    • Deliver Restaurant Staff Training
    • Coordinate:
      • Video Production
      • PR
      • Social Media
      • EPOS
      • Marketing Collateral (Plaques/Window Stickers)
    • Managing ongoing relationships, including ensuring all revenues are received.
    • Maintaining clear, concise and up-to-date records.
    • As part of a small team you will also be required to assist wherever possible.
